Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed and begin fulfillment within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
You will receive 3 notifications:
- Order Confirmation: immediately after placing your order
- Shipping Confirmation: with tracking info once your order has been fulfilled
- Delivery Confirmation: once your order has been successfully delivered
FULFILLMENT
To preserve quality and integral craftsmanship, our apparel is made specifically for you upon ordering. Production time varies by item and can be anywhere from 2–18 business days. Select items anticipated to take longer than 5 days in production will be noted in the item description.
SHIPPING
We offer shipping to customers located in the United States and Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on method, weight, and destination.
You can track your package using the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email via the USPS Tracking Tool.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES (CANADA ONLY)
Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs processing is outside of our control. We are not liable for any delays, returns, or losses due to unpaid customs charges or customs processing delays.
